Hey People!! Time for an Update!
Long story short:These past couple of months have been extremely productive for me as far as my weight loss journey goes. I have not lost a whole ton of weight but I feel amazing and I know that I’m on the right track. Slow and steady is the way to win this race for me.
In July, I was feeling so depressed about the weight I had gained so I decided that I was never going to allow my self to feel that way again. Shortly after I began the Brazil Butt Lift DVDs by BeachBody. I thought this would be a great workout for me since my unshapely derriere has always been the thing that has bothered me about my body.
For the first time, I actually completed a program and I was so proud of my self (It was only one month). Towards the end, I actually began to add some running as well and decided to start training for a winter 5k.
My diet mostly consisted of low carb/ low cal meals and frequent eating throughout the day (every 3-4 hrs). I don’t really count calories or keep a diary of my food intake and I don’t plan to ever do so but I welcome any questions.
Here are my results from the first round of Brazil Butt Lift (all measurements are in lbs and inches):
